The client is solely responsible for:

  • Final business decisions
  • Platform compliance

5. PAYMENT TERMS

  • Work may begin only after payment confirmation.

5.2 Non-Refundable Policy

ALL PAYMENTS MADE TO 9xflow ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE.

No refunds shall be provided for:

  • Account bans

5.3 Payment Delays

6. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

shall NOT be liable for:

Clients must independently verify all AI-generated:

  • Content
  • Images
  • Videos
  • Data
  • Recommendations
  • Automation outputs

9xflow shall not be liable for actions taken based on AI outputs.

10. WEBSITE & SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT

Clients must:

  • Test deliverables before deployment
  • Review functionality before approval
  • Maintain backups

9xflow is not responsible for:

  • Hosting issues
  • Cyber attacks
  • Plugin failures
  • Third-party integration failures
  • Future compatibility issues

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • All source code, systems, frameworks, and methodologies remain the property of 9xflow.
  • Unauthorized copying, resale, or redistribution is prohibited.

Third-party assets remain property of respective owners.

12. CONFIDENTIALITY
